Structural Inspection and Validation Report - It is important to us that we provide our clients with a Design Validation and Peer design review and checking services prior to construction. This is necessary for ensuring project compliant and compatibility, meeting strict project requirements, for risks assessment, risk identification and for enabling implementation of corrective actions and remediation.
Civils - Civil Engineering services providing drainage design and flood risk assessment, and flood water prevention scheme for the modern infrastructure projects like urban housing regeneration to new commercial and residential developments.
Geotechnical - These services provide assessment of third party Site Investigation Reports, utilising the soil properties and data to prepare substructures scheme proposal to detailed analysis and numerical modelling, for the production of structural information for various foundation scheme and costing to suit site and subsoil conditions.

BIM/3D Modelling – 2-D and 3-D CAD and Revit modelling. The use of Revit since early 2010 has gained us a significant wealth of knowledge and ability in some large projects from our clients.
With exchange of design models with architects and other professional disciplines, through linking these models together within the Revit environment, this has helped ensure the consistency and accuracy of our models and provides effective services coordination.
Revit also permits and responds to rapid design changing to building layout and construction details, translating these late and last minute important changes to construction drawings with minimal delays and turnaround time.
